If we have your Roof Bars in stock we could fit it the same day, but ideally we would like 2-3 days’ notice. And in holiday seasons it’s advisable to book as soon as you have your dates for travelling (at least a few weeks in advance) to avoid disappointment.

Fitting and return times are usually early morning and late evening (to accommodate the high volume of bookings and the needs of the majority of our customers), even more so during peak season. Don't be surprised if the times offered are as early at 0700 or as late at 2130 - we're happy to accommodate even the most unsociable of hours!

This depends on your vehicle specification. All we need to know is your vehicle registration and whether your car has factory fitted roof rails (or not). We can tell you if we have the roof bars available for your vehicle. In reality, we have roof bars to fit 99% of vehicles.

Yes, provided they are correctly assembled and fitted to the roof of your car before arrival. We will check the assembly and make or recommend minor adjustments as necessary to allow for the box to fit, but we do not fit customer's own roof bars.

Yes, all of our boxes are waterproof and lockable. They are made of ABS plastic and have undergone rigorous crash testing.

No, we do not take security deposits at this time. To secure your booking and reserve your equipment we request a non-refundable booking deposit, which is then deducted from the total cost of your hire.

Please provide an up-to-date passport or driving license with your current address and a recent (less than 3 months old) utility bill. A copy of the documents are taken then destroyed once the equipment is returned.

At 460 litres our roof boxes are slightly larger than the boot of a typical saloon car. You should aim to fill the roof box with softer, lighter items and free up your boot space for heavier items.
